Advanced Safety Intelligence Platform

Replacing multiple safety systems, with one platform, one subscription.

ASIP connects frontline reporting, inspections, chemical inventory, risk assessments, corrective actions and executive reporting inside one record, then reads all of it for you.

  • Built by safety professionals who have done the job.
  • Securely trained, on your data alone.

The Problem

You do not have a safety data problem. Nothing connects it.

Walk into most safety departments and you will find six systems doing the job of one.

Incidents in one. Inspections in another. Chemical inventory in a third. Training in the learning system. Risk assessments in a shared drive. Corrective actions in a spreadsheet that nobody owns and everybody edits.

Each one bills you. Each one needs a login, an administrator, a training requirement and a renewal date.

None of them talk to each other.

The cost

Fragmentation has a price. You are already paying it.

Subscription Sprawl

Six contracts, six renewal dates, six sets of per-user fees charged against the same workforce. Every new capability arrives as another line item.

Administrative Drag

Your safety professionals spend the week reconciling systems that do not talk. You hired a risk advisor and funded a database administrator.

Late Information

Leaders see incidents after the loss lands. Workers compensation, downtime and insurance renewals price that delay for you, every year.

Audit Exposure

When the auditor asks for evidence, someone spends three days assembling what should take three clicks. Nobody budgets for that delay, but it happens.

None of that appears on a safety report. All of it appears on your profit and loss.

The Solution

Everything feeds one model. Everything comes back as intelligence.

Eighteen programs built in-house on one data model, live signals from the bodies that regulate you, and one intelligence layer that reads all of it.

The intelligence

An analyst that reads everything and never takes a day off.

ASIP reads every record your operation generates, compares it against what normal looks like for you, and tells you when something starts to drift.

Hand injuries cluster on the night shift, running roughly twice the day-shift rate over the last six months. The trend has risen for three consecutive months, concentrated at two locations.

Ask your data anything

Ask in plain language. Get the chart, the numbers and a written answer in seconds. No export, no spreadsheet, no waiting on someone else's report cycle.

Report quality decided at intake

Vague reports are the reason most safety data is unusable. ASIP checks every submission for missing detail, duplication and potential severity before it enters your records. Your investigators start from something worth investigating.

It reads the paperwork so your team does not have to

Upload a return to work certificate. ASIP updates the employee record, the OSHA log and the open investigation, and hands it back to you for review.

See the risk before the incident

ASIP watches for rising risk across your sites and raises the flag early, with the evidence behind it, while the fix is still cheap.

You review. You decide.

Every recommendation shows its evidence and its sources. Nothing consequential leaves the system without a named person approving it. You get an answer you can defend in front of your executive team, not a score from a black box.

Customizable Dashboard

Dashboards you build yourself. In minutes.

No BI developer. No support ticket. No change request that sits in a queue for a quarter.

An executive sees the enterprise. A regional manager sees their region. A site manager sees their site. A general manager sees their area of accountability.

Each with their own controls, their own permissions, and the same underlying numbers.

Safety and operations stop quoting different figures in the same meeting.

How it works

Every action makes the next one smarter.

One loop, running continuously, where each step raises the quality of the next.

  1. Step 1

    Capture

Reports, inspections, equipment checks, briefings, defects and compliance evidence. Mobile and QR first, finished in seconds. A frontline worker scans a unit and files a defect in under a minute without leaving the job.

  2. Step 2

    Qualify

Every submission is checked for detail, duplication and potential severity before a human touches it. Raw volume becomes usable signal at the point of entry.

  3. Step 3

    Connect

Events link automatically to the equipment, the person, their training, the applicable risk assessment and any open corrective action. Three unrelated records become one story.

  4. Step 4

    Act

Work routes to a named owner with a recommended next step, tracked through to closure with evidence. Nothing lands in a queue nobody owns.

  5. Step 5

    Learn

Every report and every action sharpens the picture. The platform gets more valuable the longer you run it, because the value comes from your own accumulated data rather than from a contract that traps you.

Trust and Your Data

Your data trains your intelligence. Nothing else.

Two layers, and they never mix.

The world layer

Public signals from OSHA, the National Weather Service, the Department of Labor and state agencies tell you when something is moving in your state or your sector before it reaches your gate. Every advisory shows its sources, linked and checkable.

Diagram of two separated layers. An upper world layer draws public signals from OSHA, the National Weather Service, the Department of Labor and state agencies. A lower, locked customer layer holds your reports, inspections, training and actions. Advisories flow down from the world layer with their sources attached; nothing flows out of the customer layer.

Your layer

Your intelligence learns from your operation and only your operation, inside your own fenced environment. No other customer's records touch your system. Yours never touch theirs.

Your Data

Your data is securely hosted in your local region, and it stays there.

US, Canadian, UK and EU customer data is each held in its own region under local data protection law, including GDPR.

Questions safety leaders ask.

If you don't see yours here, ask us directly. Every question shapes the platform.

Does ASIP replace our existing safety software?

In most cases yes. ASIP covers incident and hazard reporting, investigations, corrective actions, inspections, risk assessments, chemical inventory, document control and executive reporting in one system. Where you run something specialised that you intend to keep, we connect to it rather than argue with it. We will map your current stack against the platform on the first call and tell you honestly what stays.

Where does our data live and who can see it?

Each customer runs in an isolated workspace with role and scope based access. US customer data is stored on US servers. Canadian, UK and EU data is held in region under local law. Every access is logged. Nobody at ASIP reads your records without an audited reason, and your data is never used to train anything outside your own environment.

How is just culture protected?

Recognition and contribution data is structurally separated from investigation outcomes and performance management. Access to identified event detail is scoped by role, and every view is logged. If your just culture policy defines who may see what, we configure to it rather than asking you to work around us.

How is the AI kept accountable?

Every output shows its evidence and its sources. AI drafts, humans decide. Nothing consequential is released without a named person approving it, and every approval is recorded. If you cannot defend a recommendation in front of your executive team, it should not be in your safety system.

What standards does ASIP support, and what is ASIP certified to?

Two separate answers, and we keep them separate.

The platform is built around the standards you report against: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, OSHA recordkeeping under 300, 301 and 300A, DOT compliance under 49 CFR Parts 40 and 382, and aviation standards including ATA Specification 103 and IATA ground operations requirements. Your audit evidence comes out of the system in the shape your auditor asks for.

ASIP holds no certification of its own today. Our security program runs automated internal auditing daily against the SOC 2 control set, and formal SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 work is scheduled. The current position is published in full on our security page and dated. If a vendor at our stage tells you otherwise, ask them for the report.

How long is a typical deployment?

Weeks rather than quarters, because there is one system to stand up rather than five to connect. The timeline depends on how many sites you run and how much historical data you want migrated. We scope it on the second call.

What does it cost?

One subscription, priced to your operation. Every customer gets the full platform, so the price reflects the size and shape of your business rather than a count of modules you were allowed to buy.

Four things move the number: how many people you cover, how many sites you run, the regulatory depth your industry requires, and what we connect to on your side.

We will not quote you before we understand those four, and we will not make you sit through four meetings to hear a number. Bring them to the first call and you will leave with a range — how pricing works.

Spend less time administering safety. Spend more time improving it.

Thirty minutes with the founder, in the live product, no staged environment. Bring your worst reporting problem and we will show you what it looks like inside ASIP.
